Ridwana Ali
With 28 years of experience in education, Ridwana has built a diverse career spanning teaching,
academic coordination, school leadership and management. Her journey has included roles as a
Teacher, Academic Coordinator, Deputy Head and Head of Elementary. She holds a BBA in Marketing
and an MBA in Human Resource Management and has also completed training in the basics of Applied
Behaviour Analysis.
Throughout her career, Ridwana has developed a special connection with children with diverse learning
and developmental needs, as well as those who benefit from greater patience, understanding, and
individual attention. Becoming a mother in 2006 further deepened her desire to create a safe, joyful,
and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported, and included.
As a founder and leader at Nurtured Steps, Ridwana brings together her years of experience in
education and school management with her passion for children and inclusive practice. She hopes to
create an environment where children are understood as individuals and given the encouragement and
support they need to thrive.
Her vision is to create a joyful and inclusive space where children learn through play, grow in confidence
and character, build meaningful relationships, and take every step knowing they are cared for and truly
belong.
